1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TOINEWS website, mobile web version, newsletters and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By browsing, reading, subscribing or otherwise using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately. Where you are required to accept these Terms via a consent prompt, your acceptance is recorded electronically and constitutes valid consent under the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India.

TOINEWS is an independent digital news publication. Our content includes news reports, analysis, opinion pieces, images, graphics and videos (collectively, "Content").

Third-party photographs, wire feeds and syndicated content remain the property of their respective owners and are used under licence or fair-reporting principles.

You may not use our trademarks in any way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

5. User Submissions

If the Services enable comments, tips, letters, photographs or other submissions ("Submissions"), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, modify and display such Submissions in connection with the Services. You represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your Submissions;
• Your Submissions do not violate any law or third-party rights (including defamation, privacy and copyright);
• Your Submissions do not contain malware, spam or hateful content.

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, edit or remove any Submission at our sole discretion.

The Services may display advertisements, sponsored placements or affiliate links served by third parties, including Google AdSense / Google Ads. Advertising content is identified where required by law and by Google policies. Our editorial decisions are independent of advertisers; no advertiser shall dictate or veto news coverage.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protections, the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of thirty (30) days.
